We are recruiting: we are hiring a cement mason in Ovia South-West, Edo. On a typical shift you will load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. ₦295,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
