Now hiring: powder coating line operator (Nebraska)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Polk County, Nebraska. Day-to-day duties: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
