Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rigger in East Sussex, England. The role involves: • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket £1,750 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
