Now hiring: we are hiring a short order cook in Wheeler County, Georgia. Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
