Pipe tig welder wanted in Decatur County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Decatur County, Tennessee. You will work at a stainless steel fabrication shop. On the job you will handle: • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges You should have: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
