Vacancy available: kitchen steward (Wales)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Merthyr Tydfil County Borough, Wales. The job is in a catering unit. You will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts £3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
