We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Gwinnett County, Georgia. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Rotating shifts.
