Now hiring: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Prentiss County, Mississippi. You will be based at a container port and shipping yard. Requirements: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Day-to-day duties: • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines Performance bonus on top of base pay.
