Captain waiter • Seneca County, New York

Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Seneca County, New York. On a typical shift you will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
