Now hiring: rebar installer (Indiana)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rebar installer in Union County, Indiana. On a typical shift you will bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $130 per day, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
