Immediate opening: industrial sewing operator (Kaduna State)

Join our team: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Birnin Gwari, Kaduna State. The job is on a ready-made garment production line. The role involves change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet. Requirements: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift.
