Elevator repair technician — Upshur County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Upshur County, West Virginia. You should have: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards Day-to-day duties: • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $240 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
