Powder coating line operator • Clinton County, Iowa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Clinton County, Iowa. On the job you will handle: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 5+ years on the tools preferred.
