Cnc lathe setter wanted in Queens County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Queens County, New York. You will work in a job-work machining unit. On the job you will handle: • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
