The role involves: • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position Requirements: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness 3+ years on the tools preferred.
