We are recruiting: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Brule County, South Dakota. You will work at a busy construction site. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces On a typical shift you will tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; guide loads through tight openings into their final position. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
