Natural gas fitter — West Baton Rouge Parish

Now hiring: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in West Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana. You should have: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion The role involves: • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls 3+ years on the tools preferred.
