Now hiring: cold store insulation technician (Oregon)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cold store insulation technician in Lincoln County, Oregon. You will work at a cold storage facility. Day to day you will prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors. Requirements: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Willing to travel between sites Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
