Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Love County, Oklahoma. The job is at an automotive components factory. The role involves: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes 1+ years on the tools preferred.
