Bread and bun maker wanted in Ibadan North West

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Ibadan North West, Oyo State. You will work at a busy bakery. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker On a typical shift you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
