Urgent requirement: visual inspection operator (South Dakota)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Minnehaha County, South Dakota. On the job you will handle: • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
