Join our team: we are hiring a retail butcher in Morgan County, Indiana. You will work in a meat processing plant. Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate You will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings.
