Immediate opening: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Campbell County, South Dakota. You will be based in a machine room on the rooftop. You should have: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota You will fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; measure rope tension and check for broken strands.
