Great opportunity: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Walton County, Florida. On a typical shift you will dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely; hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class; tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid. Requirements: • Able to read basic scaffold drawings • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits.
