Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Montgomery County, Arkansas. The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
