Dishwasher wanted in Lincoln County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwasher in Lincoln County, Nevada. You will work at a banquet hall. The role involves sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
