Cnc turning machinist • Aberdeenshire, Scotland

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. You will be based at a busy machine shop. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg The role involves: • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
