Canteen cook wanted in Shiawassee County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Shiawassee County, Michigan. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
