Your main tasks: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner £95 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
