Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Understanding of safe digging near underground services The role involves operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals.
