Vacancy available: assembly technician (Pennsylvania)

Now hiring: we are hiring an assembly technician in Centre County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in a packaging and assembly workshop. On the job you will handle: • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low What we are looking for: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
