Now hiring: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Walton County, Georgia. The job is at an industrial plant. The role involves torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
