The role involves: • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity You should have: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Strong attention to safety and load limits A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
