Mechanical press operator • Drew County, Arkansas

Great opportunity: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Drew County, Arkansas. You will be based at an auto components factory. You will adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; record output and downtime on the production sheet; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area. Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
