Now hiring: we are hiring a captain waiter in Abbeville County, South Carolina. The role involves: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Clear and reset tables between covers • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
