We are recruiting: we are hiring a halal butcher in Nasarawa Egon, Nasarawa State. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. The role involves vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. ₦200,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
