Diesel mechanic wanted in Lyon County

Join our team: we are hiring a diesel mechanic in Lyon County, Iowa. The job is in a fleet maintenance depot. The role involves: • Replace alternators, starter motors and batteries • Diagnose engine faults using an OBD-II scan tool • Service and replace timing belts and chains • Replace exhaust systems and catalytic converters • Replace shock absorbers, ball joints and track-rod ends What we are looking for: • Able to read wiring diagrams and workshop manuals • Physically fit for lifting heavy parts • ITI / NVQ Level 3 qualification in motor vehicle maintenance At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
