Canteen cook • Yauri Local Government Area, Kebbi State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Yauri Local Government Area, Kebbi State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare the mise en place before each service Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
