Fine-dining server wanted in Livingston Parish

Join our team: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Livingston Parish, Louisiana. You will work in a five-star hotel. You will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments. You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
