Join our team: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Adair County, Missouri. The job is on a construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application What we are looking for: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Able to read construction drawings and specifications Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
