Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Punctual, reliable and hard-working On the job you will handle: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience.
