Rebar worker wanted in Luzerne County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rebar worker in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. You will be based on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. Day-to-day duties: • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules You should have: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling Full-time, day shift.
