Foundry worker wanted in Mercer County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a foundry worker in Mercer County, Ohio. You will cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings. What we are looking for: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
