UPVC door and window fabricator — Hubbard County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Hubbard County, Minnesota. What we are looking for: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely Day-to-day duties: • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
