Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Your main tasks: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
