Grill cook wanted in Pennington County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Pennington County, Minnesota. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Day to day you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
