Restaurant steward wanted in Cibola County

What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Day-to-day duties: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
