Kitchen cook wanted in Wushishi

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Wushishi, Niger State. Day-to-day duties: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 1+ years on the tools preferred.
