Back-of-house cleaner — Roseau County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Roseau County, Minnesota. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers The role involves scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils.
