Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Clinton County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in a catering unit. Day-to-day duties: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Overtime paid at a premium rate.
